Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis and Gathering:
Interacting with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements for Oracle Applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and functional designs.
Technical Development and Customization:
Developed and maintain PL/SQL packages, forms, reports, workflows, and customizations within the Oracle Applications framework.
Worked with Oracle development tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow.
Customized Oracle workflows and extensions, and configure modules based on business needs.
Functional Configuration:
Configured Oracle modules such as Oracle Financials, SCM (Supply Chain Management) based on business processes.
Mapping out business requirements to Oracle Apps functionality and provide solutions to enhance and optimize Oracle modules.
Prepare and executed test scripts, as well as validate the integration of modules with other Oracle applications.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support for Oracle Apps, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
Serve as a point of contact for complex production support issues, coordinating with business users and technical teams.
Documentation and Training:
Documented solutions, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference.
Conducted training sessions and create user guides for end users and other team members to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
