• Integrated bank statement files daily via SOA Gateway for tracking and monitoring.

• Provided analysis and solutions for priority issues (P1, P2, and P3).

CAB (Change Advisory Board) Responsibility:

• Approved and discussed major developments with stakeholders for production migration.
